I am in California and finding it hard to find HP Cartridge 302 for my ENVY 4524 printer . Is this outdated already ? do i need to buy a new printer now ?
I got cartridge numbered 63 but asking the Best Buy support team, but it did not work. Please help.

This model printer uses HP 62 ink cartridges in the US region and HP 302 ink cartridges in the UK region.
I understand you are not able to use the new ink cartridges after moving to a different country. We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue and for you to be able to use the HP 62 ink cartridges.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
