Can I use sublimation ink with this printer?

No, you cannot use sublimation ink with HP printers that are not specifically designed for sublimation printing. Sublimation printing requires special ink and paper that are designed to transfer images onto materials such as fabric, ceramic, or metal using heat and pressure.

 

HP printers use standard inkjet ink, which is not compatible with sublimation printing. Attempting to use sublimation ink in an HP printer can damage the printer and produce poor-quality prints. Additionally, sublimation ink requires higher temperatures than standard inkjet ink to transfer properly, and HP printers are not designed to reach these temperatures.
