Product: HP Envy 5020

Hello,

 

I have an HP ENvy 5020 printer which I purchased in UK. Last month I moved to India and I am not able to find HP 304 ink cartridges in India. Are there other HP cartridges available in India which are compatible with HP Envy printer.

 

Could you please help.

Hello,

The ink cartridges compatible with your printer in India are HP 803 Black and HP 803XL Black, HP 803 Tri-color and HP 803XL Tri-color.

  • The printer needs to be regionalized so that the new ink cartridges can work, for this you need to contact HP technical support.

 

In order to resolve this issue, please follow the instructions in the HP link Finding Ink Cartridges after Moving to Another Country/Region.

I recommend that you Contact HP HP Technical Support in your country/region.

Ink cartridge information for HP ENVY 5010, 5012, 5014, 5020, 5030, 5032, 5034, 5052, and 5055 All-in-One printers.
