Substitution for 902 Ink Cartridges

I need ink cartridges for my Officejet 6950. Apparently the 902 color cartridges have been discontinued/recalled and store brand options don't seem to be compatible. Cyan specifically doesn't appear to be available anywhere including the HP store. Are any other HP inks possible replacements? I love our printer and don't want to have to buy a new one!

Apologies for the inconvenience. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the replacement options for the ink cartridge or to check its availability.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
You may check if the printer/ink cartridges are eligible for a replacement. Refer to - 'Incompatible' or 'Defective Cartridge' message

I cannot figure out how to open a support ticket for a home customer. I get stuck in a loop where I keep having to input the serial number over and over.
