Hello, I have an HP DeskJet that is just over 1 yr old, I use it mainly to print labels for my business and have had no issues until a few days ago. I can print regular documents on plain white paper but no longer on the white glossy label sheets. I have tried alignment and the first & second levels of cleaning the cartridges, both color and black are full per my HP app, anyone have any suggestions?

When the paper is loaded in the printer look inside from above there are 2 rubber rollers that feed paper, and use a cotton swab and rubbing alcohol to clean those 2 rollers, they are probably dirty and need to be cleaned.
