I just installed four new cartridges (not HP brand) into my printer. I am getting a Supply Error message and am unable to print. I saw a very helpful message saying that this is due to the current driver no longer functioning with cartridges that are not made by HP. However I have been unable to find an earlier driver available online. Can anyone help?

The firmware of the printer has to be downgraded to resolve this issue. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region for assistance as this requires the execution of terminal commands.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
