Supply Problem with Genuine HP 134A Toner (W1340A)
Hello,
I’m using a genuine HP 134A (W1340A) toner cartridge with my HP LaserJet MFP M234sdw printer. The cartridge is new and was purchased directly from HP. It was working properly, but suddenly stopped, and the printer now shows a "Supply Problem" error.
I've tried the following:
Reinstalling the cartridge
Cleaning the chip a and conta cts
Power cycling the printer
Checking the HP Smart app (which also shows the error)
Please advise on how to proceed. I believe the toner may be defective and would appreciate a replacement as toner is under warranty.

Make sure you have a firmware version 20050311 on your printer
