I received my new ink from Instant Ink and as soon as I installed it will not read the Cyan; there for it will not print at all.  The printer states there is a problem with the supply system and to replace the cartridge.  I bought a new cartridge, I reset the printer, I made sure all software updates were made, I powered off, powered on, repeated everything again.  I then cleaned out the cartridges and it's electrical contact and nothing.  I removed the printer head to see if perhaps something was stuck in the back or something and nothing.  What can I do?  I bought the printer in June 2021 and it has given me a lot of issues.  I feel that I am constantly having to repair or clean something in it.
