I am using an HP Office Jet Pro 9015e. I am using HP 962 color cartridges. I am consistently getting the following Supply System Problem Error Message: "There is a problem with the supply system. Try replacing the affected cartridge with a different cartridge. I have done this a couple of times and I have used the HP virtual support to try and identify the problem but always get the same message. Any suggestions?

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, then the printer needs to be checked.
Have you updated the firmware? If not kindly update and see if that works.
