Product: OfficeJet Pro 8730
Operating System: Other

Bought a brand new original print cartridge from an official HP supplier, put in the cartridge in and the message 'There is a problem with the supply system...'. Was advised to clean the connector and try again but the issue still persisted. I'm new to this. What are my options? Help! Thanks in advance!
