Screen shows an alert "Supply System Problem" for Yellow cartridge. I purchased all new HP962 XL Cartridges and that did not solve problem. I purchased a new HP 962 Printhead and the same alert shows "Supply sytem Problem"  I purchased another Yellow HP962 cartridge and the same alert shows on Screen

The problem appeared when the Yellow cartridge ran out of ink. I replaced the Yellow cartridge and received a “System Supply Problem “ alert. I flushed the Printhead with an approved kit and did all the steps stated in HP support.  No joy.  I then purchased a new Printhead. Still shows the same alert. I then purchased a new Yellow Cartridge and still have the same “System Supply Problem”. 


It’s time to change tactics.
Looking for new printer.
