I just installed a new HP Black ink cartridge in my OfficeJet 8710 All-In-One Printer. I am getting the following error message: "There is a problem with the supply system. Try replacing the affected cartridge with a different, non-empty cartridge."
The cartridge is fresh out of the package and I can hear ink inside when I shake it. I have restarted the printer and the same thing happens. Is the cartridge faulty or what should I do?

How do I get my money back for the supply system error I get when I bought three new cartridges for my 8710 All-In-One Printer. HP answers the phone but the call always disconnect mid troubkleshooting and they never call back
