I am an HP reseller, I have originally sold this printer to a client. They have always purchased their toner cartridges from our store. The printer reported the yellow toner was counterfeit in early September. After replacing the toner with a new one the printer worked fine for 2 weeks. Now the issue has started again. This time all cartridges are reporting supply issues. After doing the recommended reset or power off the printer by unplugging the cord and such, then plugging it back in after 20 minutes not 30 seconds. The process of genuine HP cartridges installed, then initializing . Then all looks great like it will work. Heavens no it does not we get the same message Supply Problem with all cartridges. It'll print the supplies status page with all new toners installed saying supply level Unknown.
Attempted downgrade of firmware, which by the way is firmware datecode 20240321 this will not let us downgrade.

Are these OEM or 3rd party toners?
