Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If you are encountering a persistent error message indicating a problem with the supply system, despite changing the full set of ink cartridges, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check Cartridge Installation:

    • Ensure all ink cartridges are installed correctly. They should be securely seated in their respective slots.
  2. Inspect the Cartridge Contacts:

    • Remove the cartridges and inspect the electrical contacts on both the cartridges and the printer carriage. Clean them gently using a lint-free cloth or cotton swab slightly dampened with distilled water. Make sure they are clean and free from ink or other debris.
  3. Verify Cartridge Compatibility:

    • Verify that you are using genuine HP ink cartridges compatible with your printer model. Using non-HP or incompatible cartridges can lead to errors.
  4. Reset the Printer:

    • Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for 60 seconds. Then, plug it back in and turn it on. This can sometimes reset any errors.
  5. Check Firmware Updates:

    • Ensure your printer's firmware is up to date. You can check for updates on the HP website and follow the instructions to update your printer firmware.

Also, i suggest you refer to this guide: HP Printers - An 'Ink System Failure,' 'System Supply Problem' or 'Supply System Problem' Error Disp...

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
