Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 15.0 Sequoia

I have the same problem that several others have written about but the end always seems to be direct contact. I've gone through all the troubleshooting suggestions, replaced the cartridges (instant ink) and am still getting the same message. I do very little printing so will be furious if this printer needs to be replaced.

this did not solve the problem. I am still getting the error message I've been getting about supply problems
