I'm stuck with a supply system problem with two of the three new colour cartridges i have installed. I have gone through all the steps suggested by the hp help guide.

Hi @Brendanlouie

Welcome to the HP Support Community! Thanks for posting your query!

Thank you for already going through the HP help guide—that shows real dedication, and I truly appreciate the effort you've put in. Let's work together to get this sorted.

To understand the situation fully and guide you precisely, I’d like to gather a few more details:

  1. Which two color cartridges are affected—cyan, magenta, or yellow?
  2. What exactly does the printer display or report—is it showing a “supply system problem” message, or something else like “cartridge missing” or “incompatible”?
  3. Are the cartridges part of an Instant Ink subscription, or are they standard retail cartridges?
  4. Did the issue begin immediately after installing the new cartridges, or did it appear after a few prints?
  5. Have you used this printer with these cartridges before, or are these replacements for the first time?
  6. Are you using the HP App on Windows to manage the printer, and if so, does it show any specific error codes or supply alerts?

Once I have this information, I’ll be able to guide you through the most effective next steps.

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
