I’m sick and tired of trying talk to a human being in Hp support, today l see a scam alert warning in the Community page . If Hp would open the doors to the customer and talk with them instead of a bloody Bot or AI application your reputation may improve, I’ve been trying for days to resolve a problem with no positive outcome, lve had a discussion on this forum with somebody who says he is an Hp employee, now lm not sure if he is.
I cancelled a subscription , then not through choice l had to reinstate it again because l could not use 3rd party cartridges. My printer is out of warranty it does the job normally, until Hp decide to put a block on the printer and disable its use. Now when l start to play by Hp rules again they make it even more difficult for me to use a simple printer.
I worked for Hp support for many years and today’s support organisation would not light a candle to the organisation l was proud to be part of.
i sincerely hope a senior manager from Hp reads this comment, it’s replicated on Trust Pilot.

The HP Support Agent, Kuroi_Kenshi, in the other thread here is really an HP agent, I would suggest you continue the discussion in the thread there.
