I received a new Tango but after installing the cartridges, I get a cartridge error. They do noot say setup on the cartridges. I even purchased new cartridges with same result.

What is the exact error message on the computer?

TEJ1602 I am an HP Employee
I was hoping there would be a workaround for not having the setup cartridges but since I was not able to determine this, I exchanged it for another Tango which had the proper cartridges.
