Product: HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer

I purchased the HP 67xl black and color cartridges for my 6055E printer. I can't get the black cartridge to fit! I opened two packages, just to make sure there wasn't a mfg. issue with the first one, but it won't fit either. The color xl is fine. Does this printer not use the XL?

Physical sizes of the HP 67 and HP 67XL cartridges are identical it should fit.

I would think so, thank you. Unfortunately, support said they wouldn't! I returned a couple for credit, but the opened ones I kept trying were not honored. So I guess I'm stuck with non xl. Thank you for helping....I just can't accept the results and will probably try again! LOL
