The Instant Ink service is useless

Unable to find anywhere to provide feedback, so this will do.

I purchased a printer because I need to print something now, not in 2 weeks when I finally receive my first ink.

The tracking shows it was despatched to Royal Mail last Friday 21, but they have still not received it.

I don't have time to wait so had to purchase cartridges separately and will be cancelling the service.

The initial cartridges should be fast tracked.

What about ink cartridges that came with a new printer ? It takes some time to get ink delivered, it's not next day.

I realise it takes time, hence my comment about fast tracking the first delivery.

It's been 4 days since HP "despatched" it and hasn't even arrived with the carrier yet.

That's unacceptable.

I have already used the set up cartridges, hence this thread ...

7-10 days is delivery time, but it's closer to 10 than to 7 days.
