Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone.
The cartridge drawer of my HP Color Laserjet CP1515n printer is stuck:
I can't take it out to change cartridges.
Could you help me, please ?
I also have another problem: the printer prints well in black and white but in color the vertical lines are not clear

@itsarinya Welcome to HP Community!

 

I understand that the cartridge tray is stuck and you are getting vertical lines. 

 

Please pull upside the cartridge tray and try to pull the tray. Do not apply the force.

 

The vertical lines due to the drum are having lines. Please replace the toner cartridge and check.

 

If you are unable to pull the tray. I would suggets you conatct our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

 

 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

 

2)Select the product type.

 

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

 

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

 

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

But they don't understand my problem.
