Hi,

I cannot figure out after trying so many methods all that I can find from internet.
The problem is, whenever I print color in best setting, the color comes out almost without blue. It’s like too much magenta all over. Looks more yellow.  It started to happen not long ago. It was printing perfectly fine for over years.
I tried to switch cartridges but didn’t have luck. I reinstalled drivers too

If I print quality setting “normal” the color comes out right. When I switch to best, looks like less blue is coming out.

can anybody help

Hi @k486mj,

 I'd like to help!

To better assist you -

1) Does the copy print out the same way?

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices?

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -

  1. Load U.S. Letter or A4 size, unused, plain paper into the input tray.

  2. Press the Power button to turn on the printer, if it is not already on.

  3. Search the Mac for Print and then click Print & Fax, Print & Scan, or Printers & Scanners in the list of results.

  4. Click the name of your printer, and then click Open Print Queue.

  5. Click Printer Setup or Settings, click Utility, and then click Open Printer Utility.

  6. Click Print Quality Diagnostic.

Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.

You may also refer to this document with steps to fix the " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable for your printer -  Print Quality Issues

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
