The cyan cartridge from the 4-pack I bought is defective out of the box. I took it back to Staples but they are out of stock in store and online. They said that this has been an issue for HP. They suggested I contact HP for help. I need a standard yield cyan replacement. How do I get HP's help? Thanks.

Please follow below support document:

Follow the steps by providing your printer information and then the ink cartridge information as directed by the support document, be sure to provide both the printer information (Serial Number) and then the ink cartridge information as instructed.

I filled out the form and it says hit continue to give shipping info. However, when I hit continue I was sent back to the beginning. I did it a second time and the same thing happened. What gives?
Tried again and it worked. One difference and one possible difference. The previous times I was already logged in to HP. This time it asked for me to log in right before getting my shipping info. The other possible difference is I might have read the month wrong on the cyan cartridge (05 vs 03). If so, an error message would be helpful.
