When I had replaced the printer with new ink cartridges and the error message popped up and has persisted to stay there not allowing me to print anything or use any of the printer’s functions. I replaced the ink cartridges with multiple different cartridges but the error still is there, I have even cleaned the printer to make sure if there wasn’t any filth or dust disrupting the printer. Please tell me if there are any solutions, thank you.

This could be an issue with the printer ink system.
If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
