HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I have an error message on my HP ENVY Photo 7855 that says, “the indicated cartridges are not communicating with the printer. If the problem persists, replace the cartridges". I checked the ink status on my HP smart app and from the printer and both show that it's the black cartridge. I have tried restarting the printer, disconnecting power and reconnecting after 60 seconds, cleaning the contacts on both the printer and cartridge. I inserted a brand new HP cartridge and is correct for the model. Is there anything else I can try?
