Hi, I have recently change the country UK to India. In UK. I had subscribed to Hp Instant Ink so after moving to India I have purchased compatible Ink cartriage (Hp 805). I reset printer but still I am getting error mentioned below. Upon searching I will need to configure some regional settings in this printer but not sure how to configure it. Can you help into this matter urgently.

 

The indicated cartridges are not compatible with this printer as it is currently configured. Replace the cartridges to continue.

 

Printer model : Hp deskjet 2720e

Welcome to HP Support Community! 

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.  

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
