My printer says that there is enough ink in it (and there should be, because I've just added new ink). However, the quality is really bad. The only colour it will print is blue, not even black. I checked if the patrons was dried out, but they're definitly not, as my fingers now are yellow, black and blue from the ink. Is there something I can do to make the printer work again? I have also tried to adjust the ink-patrons and cleanse them (through the program on the printer itself). This is a SOS! It has to work!

 I'd like to help!

 

To assist better-

 

1) Does the copy print out the same way? 

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 

 

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -

Load the printer with plain white paper.

On the printer control panel, swipe left on the display, and then touch Setup .

Touch Tools.

Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report.

Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further. 

 

You may also refer to this document with steps to fix the " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable for your printer -  Print Quality Issues

 

 Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
