Product: 564 XL
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I dont' know what to do...a new 564XL is much bigger than the 564XL that it would replace. It won't fit in the printer. There simply isn't room in the carriage for that width.

 

I have about 10 of these new XLs, all a waste of money and I can't print. What is going on? The number is the same...

That is very strange. Is the Printer enrolled in the HP Instant Ink Program?  

 

Is the Printer in the same country as it was purchased from?
