The printer acts like it's printing but the page comes out blank

I have Inkjet 3755 - the printer is printing out blank pages. It goes through the motion of printing but the page is blank. I used the Virtual Assistant - I've made sure my software is up to date. The ink cartridges show there is ink in them. I've made sure the cartridges have not dried out. I've run test and still nothing.
I use the printer very infrequently. When not in use it is in a cabinet so it doesn't get any dust or dirt on it. I don't know what else I can try. HELP!!

Replace the ink cartridges.

Finally got around to getting new ink cartridges and it's working! I don't understand how the printer showed that I had ink and I tested the cartridges to be sure they weren't dried out but it still wouldn't print but replaced the color and black ink cartridges and good to go. Thank you!
