Since I added the ink to the cartridges, the printer is printing only magenta and black, even when cleaned from the app, still the problem isn’t solved

@Vidhya17, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds frustrating to deal with this issue. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve it:

Check the Ink Cartridges: Ensure that the cyan and yellow cartridges are properly installed and not empty or clogged. Sometimes, even new cartridges can be defective.

Clean the Printhead: Perform a manual printhead cleaning. This can often be more effective than the automated cleaning from the app. You can usually find this option in your printer's maintenance menu.

Printhead Alignment: Run a printhead alignment from your printer's settings. Misaligned printheads can cause color issues.

Firmware Update: Make sure your printer's firmware is up to date. Sometimes, software updates can fix bugs related to print quality.

Reset the Printer: Try resetting your printer to its factory settings. This can sometimes resolve persistent issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
