Product: OfficeJet Pro 6978
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In order to work, I have to clean the printer heads usually twice, sometimes 3 times.  Meanwhile I am getting charged $4.99/month.  I replace the ink cartridges when needed.  We are ready to give up on this printer.  Not happy.
