Hi so I just bought this printer and I’ve already installed hpsmart on my iPad. I’ve made a HP account. I can connect both the printer and iPad to the same WiFi. When I tried the test print from my iPad it was able to print the self test. But when I wanted to print my own document from the iPad through the HP smart app it stated the print is in progress but there’s no paper coming out (not printing the document). So where did I go wrong? How do I print from my iPad. Thank you

Hi,

The HP Laserjet Pro M12w is not compatible with iOS, it is not AirPrint enabled, nor supported by the HP Smart app.
