Loaded HP cartridges in the printhead and the same error message comes up. Is there a way to reset this printer?

Hi@Onlyafleshwound,

Welcome to the HP Support community

.

Thanks for posting on the HP Support community.

I understand that post an update, your HP Officejet 6700 Premium e-All-in-One Printer displays an error stating "The Printhead installed is not intended for use in this printer, or is damaged."

You have done a remarkable job in troubleshooting this issue.

You're correct. The print head is not a customer removable part for this printer model.

I suggest you perform a semi-full reset on the printer. This reset will restore the printer to it's original factory condition. A private message has been sent with the reset steps.

Hope this information helps. Keep me posted.

All the best!
