HP Recommended

I want to use the most efficient setting for printing.  choices are plain paper draft (all choices say this first) then Black and white, or just draft or draft 1. draft II or draft 2.  I just want to use the most efficient meaning the least ink and default to that all the time.  I do a lot of printing for my records and do not need the best selection , just the most efficient.
