Hi, every paper that comes out of the printer has a constant mark on it that shouldn't be there. The mark is repeated on the paper almost as if ink spilled on the spooler that moves the paper through the printer and its like stamping the paper.

Which color is the mark? So, change this cartridge!

If the mark is on the left side of the page and sort of half moon shape repeating down the page then your fuser has failed and needs to be replaced. COMMON ISSUE as the fuser on this unit is only rated to 50K pages.

 

If it is one distinct color then you might have a bad cartridge. Can you post a sample?
