To assist you accurately, could you please confirm the exact model name of your printer? For example, is it an HP Smart Tank 580, 585, 590, or 595 series printer, or another model from the HP Ink Tank/Smart Tank lineup?
 

Once we have the correct model information, we can share the specific cleaning, alignment, and printhead maintenance steps suited for your printer to resolve the print quality issue.
