Product: HP Laser MFP 1188w Printer

Hi, I am using a new HP 1188w laser printer which was supposed to print in 1200dpi quality. I am using a MacBook Pro 2017 with macOS 13.6.6. I have added the printer in 'System Setting' -  'Printers & Scanners', I have also installed 'HP smart' and set the printer up following the process. However, in print window - 'Quality', when I click on the arrows there's only 'Normal', no other option for me to use a higher quality. Can someone advice what should I do? Many thanks!
