my hp envy photo 7855 all-in-one printer was in a storage unit for over a year.  It was using Instant Ink and the Black cartirdge was "Not communicating properly with the Printer."   We replaced it with a Best Buy purchase and the screen indicated, "Only one set of Instant Ink cartridges can be used.  So we replaced the tri-color with a Best Buy 64 to match the other Black 64 cartridge and it produced the same message.  How to re-set the printer so we can use standard store bought cartridges?
