HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e
Microsoft Windows 11

I just upgraded to an HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e printer from a (now broken) 8620, so I'm staying in the HP family if I can.  My problem is that when this printer prints borderless photos from the computer, the images contain thin white horizontal lines (running the full 8.5" paper width) about 1" on center.  All connections, ink carts and print heads are new since the printer was just installed out of the box last night.  I deleted the 8620 printer from the computer and am running soley to the 9015e.  I am running on Windows 11.  I have printed using the newly installed HP Smart app as well as the resident Windows Photo Print app on the computer and the problem with full 8.5 x 11 borderless prints is the same on both.  How do I get a line-free borderless full page print using your HP Smart app or my Windows Photo Print app?
