I am tired of throwing away half full HP 64 ink cartridges. I do not print daily, rarely weekly, but when that last minute item is needed to print. I can bank on the fact it likely will not. Is there anything I can do other than printing a page at least weekly to prevent this? The cleaning processes do not work nor does a QTip and a little rubbing alcohol. Any suggestions?

@MJH10
Welcome to HP Support Community. This is a great place to post questions find answers and tips.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are facing issues with HP 64 cartridges getting dried up due non usage.
I suggest that you print at least once in 15 days. If you are not printing for more than 15 days, then you need to remove the cartridges and keep it in a zip lock bag or an air-tight plastic container.
Let me know if this works.
Take care and have a good day.
