@Famartin91, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Imaging Drum for HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1202w!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If you are experiencing issues with the HP 143AD toner not working in your HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1202w printer, it is likely due to the imaging drum requiring replacement rather than toner refill. The HP 1202w uses specific imaging drums, and when error messages or blinking lights indicate issues, this component must be addressed.

Steps for Replacing the Imaging Drum

Lift the scanner and open the top cover: Lift the scanner and open the top cover to access the imaging drum for replacement.

Remove the imaging drum: Using the handle, pull the imaging drum up and out to remove it, and then recycle it. Removing the used imaging drum

Prepare the new imaging drum: Remove the new imaging drum from its packaging. Remove the orange cover and the tabs from the new imaging drum. Removing the drum cover and tabs

Insert the new imaging drum: Shake the imaging drum at least five times to loosen the toner. Hold the imaging drum by the handle, align it with the tracks, and then insert it into the printer. Inserting the new imaging drum

Close the top cover and lower the scanner: Closing the top cover and lowering the scanner

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
