I received a new Laser Jet printer as a gift from my father. (I was previously using a Laser Jet CP 1518ni, and it developed problems that were too expensive to fix.)
I always keep spare toner on hand, so now I have a package of the color toners for the Laser Jet CP 1518ni (CB541A, CB542A, and CB543A) that I can't use.
They are shrinkwrapped together and unopened.
We also had the black toner, so my husband sold it on Ebay. He only received $40.62 for CB540A.
That's less than half of what we paid for it!
Does HP have a buyback program for unused toner when a customer purchases a new HP printer?
We paid $216.89 on Amazon for the 3 pack.
It would be a shame to lose that much money just because we got a new HP printer.
