Have a LaserJet Pro M404dn that prints fine on regular paper but when I print on letterhead it gets toner dots on the pages.  I bought a new printer b/c my old 402dn did the same thing, any ideas of what to try to stop it from doing that, I've wasted enough letterhead on it.

What paper type settings are you using? In most cases you need to set the paper type on the printer to letterhead. Also some rougher finish papers can be problematic in that the toner gets bumped around before being fused. Can you post a picture of a sample?

We are using Neenah Classic Linen Writing Solar White.  Weight is 12 M; Basis is 24/90 g/m.  We adjusted the settings to letterhead but that didn't work either.
