Product: HP Neverstop Laser 1001nw

When my Neverstop 1001nw printer gave problems recently HP were kind enough to replace the printer drum with one that was already charged with ink. I have now reached the position where it is necessary to load one toner reload kit, 143A. Unfortunately, although the kit drops into place in the port it cannot be rotated. Can anyone advise, please?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

I see that you are facing issues with reloading the toner.

 

This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.
