Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro M454dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Approximately a week ago, my HP Color Laser Jet pro M454dn printer, began printing a smudge down the left hand side of every page. I've run all the HP Smart diagnostic tools available to me: Diagnostic Report, Calibrate Color, Clean the Fuser, Check for Firmware Updates, etc. The most recent Calibrate Color & Clean printouts look exactly like the first ones. I am using this printer for business correspondence and it hardly looks professional. Please kindly advise me on anything else I can try. Otherwise, I'll need to call a local repair service provider. Thank you!
