The difference in the last digit will be one of two things
Not sure on the 1020 series but for enterprise products the "c" stands for contractual and these are normally only sold to customers who have a cost per page agreement with an HP dealer. There may also be slightly more toner in them. The actual toner is identical and as long as you printer will print with it there are no problems, as long as the cartridges are for your region. Check the box closely and if there is a Qcode on the and check the stats.
