macOS 12.0 Monterey

I have a Neverstop Laser MFP1202W that I just attempted to add toner too. All went well except I cannot remove the cartridge from the printer. It will not rotate or lift out. It inserted well and loaded ok. It currently shows that there is no printer head - but there is new one and this is first reload of toner into it.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, 
This seems like a hardware issue with the printer. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - https://support.hp.com/sg-en/document/ish_3895154-3895091-16 By the end of the article you will be able to isolate the issue.
