Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I can not seem to find someone to give me a straight answer.  I received a form letter (AI?) sounding reply when I submitted my previous query.  I installed HP toner cartridges, bought on the HP website.  Please look at the attachment.  It is informing me that none of the HP BOUGHT cartridges are authentic.  Can someone who is an HP employee please let me know what gives?
