I have a toner cartridge that cannot communicate with the printer. That was the error message. I put a new cartridge in and the printer is working again. I'd like to get a refund for the defective cartridge.
Please advise.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
The "Toner communication error" on your HP LaserJet M110we printer typically indicates an issue with the toner cartridge or its connection to the printer.
Here are some steps to troubleshoot:
Check the Toner Cartridge:
Remove the toner cartridge and inspect it for any visible damage or debris on the contact points.
Gently clean the cartridge's metal contacts with a lint-free cloth and reinsert it securely.
Verify Cartridge Compatibility:
Ensure the toner cartridge is compatible with the HP LaserJet M110we.
Third-party or non-genuine cartridges may cause communication errors.
Reset the Printer:
Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for about 30 seconds.
Plug it back in and turn it on to reset the printer.
Update Firmware:
HP regularly releases new firmware versions for printer enhancements, app updates, or issue fixes. Update the firmware regularly to get the most out of your printer.

Hi,
The issue is not resolved. The toner cartridge is defective. I'd like a replacement please. Who can take care of that for me? The HP regular warranty service forms don't work for this because toner cartridges are not one of the options in the drop down lists. Please send me contact information for an appropriate person to help me.
Thank you,
Marc
