I have an HP DeskJet 4155e and when I try to print, I get the message: "Out of TONER"
Now I have brand new ink cartridges in my printer.
I was told at Office Max that my printer does NOT take TONER
So why when I try to print it says, "Out of TONER" ??

Excellent question: the HP DeskJet 4155e All-In-One Printer uses ink cartridges -not toner cartridges as (amazingly) correctly mentioned by Office Max. It uses HP 67 ink cartridges for black and color ink.
It's possible that the message "out of toner" is being displayed by mistake, or that there is a problem with the printer's software or firmware*. Again, the HP DeskJet 4155e printer uses ink cartridges, not toner cartridges, so it should not display a message about "toner".
It is also possible that "out of toner" is sort of a default message -albeit erroneous.
You can try resetting the printer to see if that resolves this issue. To do this, turn off your printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
* See if there are any updated drivers/firmware versions: HP DeskJet 4155e All-in-One Printer Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support.
Hope this was helpful.

If the power light is on and the Wi-Fi button is blinking, it means that your printer is trying to connect to your wireless network. Here are the steps you can follow to connect your printer to the network:
1.) Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the printer until the Wi-Fi light starts blinking.
2.) Go to your computer or mobile device and open the Wi-Fi settings.
3.) Look for the network name (SSID) that matches the one on the printer's label.
4.) Connect your device to the printer's network.
5.) Once connected, go to your web browser and enter the printer's IP address. You can find the IP address on the printer's network configuration page.
6.) Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your wireless network.
7.) Once the printer is connected, you can try printing a test page to confirm that it's working properly.
If you're still having trouble connecting your printer to the network, I would refer to your printer's user manual: HP DeskJet Plus 4100e All-in-One series_ENWW.
